Day 1 | Arrivals
Arrivals at leisure: Guests are welcomed into their suites at Aman New York, where curated welcome gifts await each guest. Guests are welcome to enjoy spa amenities upon arrival.
Evening Welcome Reception: Hosted in the Rose Garden Terrace with skyline views and live acoustic guitar. This chef-curated menu focuses on seasonal, nutrient-forward small plates and low-ABV craft cocktails.
Day 2 | Welcome to Wellness
Sunrise Coffee & Mindfulness Gathering: Pour-over coffee and tea service in the Japanese Garden followed by a grounding meditation.
Private Peloton Studio Experience: Guests experience a private class led by one of your favorite Peloton’s instructors in the Hudson Yards flagship. Post-ride meet and greet and photo opportunity.

Sunrise Yoga in Central Park: A private luxury-mat setup on the Great Lawn with a celebrated NYC yoga instructor.
Morning Nutrition for Performance Workshop: A culinary wellness expert leads an immersive session on fueling for energy, longevity, and sustained performance.
Late Morning Guided Breathwork Session: A deep nervous-system reset led outdoors at Sheep Meadow, followed by quiet reflection.
